working in Oil and Gas Sector from the year 2006. Having worked with Multinational firms in France, Netherlands, Singapore & Dubai he has a wide of experience in supply chain ranging from road, rail and Sea across the globe especially European Continent, Asian Continent and African Continent. He has handled Liquid petrochemical for wide range of customers like Glencore, Trafigura, Tradhol etc. Apart from the same he has experience in creating Blue Ocean Strategy Based Projects. His core forte is setting up unique supply
chain infrastructure for volume based cost effect solution for satisfied clients across the globe.

She is B.COM Graduate and Diploma in Computer Science, over 14 years of Experience with Shipping and Logistics Company in Human Resource, Finance and Administration.

Executive Director
With over 12 years of experience in accounts and finance within the logistics industries, ensuring compliance and adherence of direct taxes and
indirect taxes, Mr. Kundan Kumar Gupta leads the finance team to optimize financial performance and strategic positioning. He is responsible for developing and implementing financial policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

Board Member
He is a seasoned professional with over 27 years of experience in sales and marketing, specializing in the distribution of Power, IT software, and hardware products. He also gained extensive expertise in merchant banking, IPO listings, fundraising, and mentoring companies. His deep understanding of the Indian market has allowed him to lead the distribution of top-notch IT software and hardware, helping companies achieve significant growth. He added long-term value for clients through high-impact business development, innovative distribution solutions, and financial expertise.

Independent Director
An FCA by qualification and a Strategy & Finance Consultant by profession Abhay Mishra has 42 years of vast & varied experience behind him. His key competencies include Strategic Consulting; Macro Studies; Concept building, Curating ideas & concepts; Techno Economic evaluation & Financial modeling.
He has authored a book on life experience called ‘SOUL CALL’. An ardent student of Indic culture & philosophy he also writes articles and speaks at various forums.

Sumit Agrawal is a distinguished finance professional with an illustrious career spanning over 25 years in finance, accounting, and taxation. A Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) and an esteemed member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), Mr. Agrawal has also earned the prestigious qualification of Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).Mr. Agrawal’s dedication, analytical acumen, and commitment to excellence continue to make him a revered professional in his domain, ensuring robust financial health and compliance.

An expert in rail operations and a visionary, Mr. Dharmendra Yadav brings 15 years of experience in railway industry. His extensive knowledge and
