During the second wave of covid all across India due to number of covid patients increasing exponentially all across India, especially in state of Tamil Nadu , Maharashtra and others where the number of patients needing oxygen to fight covid battle increased and there was acute shortage of Pure oxygen and many Citizens lives where lost due to multi Organ Failure because of lack of Pure Oxygen, Mr. Sahil Lihala decided to approach the government with an idea of installation of Liquid Oxygen Cryogenic Tanks ( Patented technology ) to be installed in Critical Red Zones in Liquid Storage form and where the virus was spreading fast and there was a Joint Venture done by him and Vendors of ISRO with the guidance of the management who have the patented technology to convert Liquid into Gas for Astronauts in Space , with the integration of NOMA’s Cryogenic Mobile Liquid Medical Oxygen Storage Facility and their Liquid to Gas Conversion Unit ( Patented Technology ) . Noma having their Manufacturing plant line in China for Manufacturing Cryogenic Gas tanks gave a solution to the State Government of Maharashtra , State Government of Tamil Nadu and others to delivery oxygen from Cryogenic tanks with direct line connected to ICU beds of hospital in a controlled pressure regulated manner as per the Patients need at the respective ICU Bed , through Noma Cryogenic Infrastructure Capability. Many State Governments gave a mission to Noma to complete the tasks within 45 days of instructions along with installation of the Liquid Oxygen Cryogenic tanks at the prescribed sites across many states to save maximum Human Lives as possible . Noma got the production finished in 25 days of instructions and hired AN 124 the world’s largest aircraft to transport all the Liquid Oxygen Cryogenic tanks to respective states within a record 3 days of time and installed the Cryogenic Tanks with the Infrastructure to convert liquid into gas at respected designated sites within 4 days. The total time for completion of mission was 32 days .
